After registration, you can create your Twiddlr account ("Your Account") by adding a profile picture, bio, social media links, and location preferences. We process this data to personalize your experience.

You may create Your Account using Google or Apple Login. By doing so, you permit these platforms to share data you’ve provided to them, such as your name, email, gender, date of birth, or profile pictures, which we will process.

In case of overdue payments, we retain your email address and phone number for communication purposes. We also process your IP address, login information, device type, operating system, browser language, app interaction data, and—if you grant explicit permission—your geolocation.

We share only the necessary Personal Data with other Twiddlr users to help them determine if you share common interests, as detailed below. We do not sell your Personal Data to third parties and only disclose it to authorities when legally required.

Data on Your Account: Your Account is visible to other users. Your first name serves as your primary identifier on the platform. Your bio, age, interests, and other basic information are accessible on Your Account. We recommend exercising caution when sharing information with other users. 🙋‍♂️

SMS from Twiddlr: By registering, you consent to receiving SMS notifications from Twiddlr about account activities or updates. 📱

Your geolocation: With your permission, we share your approximate location (accurate to within 0.5 kilometers) with other users who have also shared their geolocation, to facilitate connections with nearby users. We never share your precise location or zip code. 🗺️

Your date of birth: We use your date of birth to calculate your age, which is displayed on Your Account. 🎂

Photos you upload: You must upload a profile picture when creating Your Account. We may use external tools (e.g., face recognition or image quality analysis) to optimize your photos for clarity and authenticity. Uploaded images may be modified to enhance their presentation on the platform and are reviewed before appearing on Your Account. Your profile picture may be displayed to other users, included in Twiddlr email campaigns, or featured on the Twiddlr homepage with your consent. 🖼️

Your chat messages and content: Your chat messages are confidential and processed only to maintain your chat history. We use filtering software to detect inappropriate content (e.g., offensive language or unauthorized advertisements). If such content is detected, we may remove it. This also applies to other content you post on Twiddlr. 💬

Your customer service history: We retain records of your interactions with our support team to improve our service. 📞

Non-personal data: We collect non-personal data, such as browser type, device type, operating system, and app usage patterns, to enhance Twiddlr’s functionality. 📊

Inviting friends: If you invite a friend to Twiddlr via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other messaging platforms, we use the provided contact details solely for sending the invitation.
